SpaceUp Atlanta - where Space is Peachy is an “unconference” totally dedicated to anything and everything about space! As an unconference, SpaceUp encourages full immersion of the  attendees who are able to decide the topics and overall structure and even participate by starting discussions, moderating a panel, or giving a talk on a subject.  SpaceUp Atlanta will be an event for space enthusiasts all around Georgia of every capacity, from students to teachers to professionals, to form an amazing,  interactive space community like no other. 

SpaceUp Atlanta 2012 was our very first event and it was a blast! SpaceUp Atlanta 2013 is fast approaching!

September 19, 2013 – SpaceUp Atlanta 2013 is excited to announce more awesome guests attending:

  • AJ Piplica, the COO of Generation Orbit Launch Services, will be talking about GOLauncher nano-satellite launch vehicle.
  • Dr. John Olds, the CEO of SpaceWorks Enterprises, will introduce to us a design alternatives study of a Human Lander from Earth-Moon L1/L2 to the Lunar Surface.
